I have a question. Last semester I did a seminar but in SOS it was
counted, so yesterday I went to exam office to ask about it. The secretary
told me this seminar is not included in my studienplan so it was not
counted(I followed old plan),I should do 1 more seminar.But I need
this seminar.
Just now I checked the studienplan ,this seminar was indeed not in my
studienplan but it is in new plan. What should I do?

If the seminar is not in your Studienplan than it doesn't count towards completion of your course/degree. It doesn't matter if it is in a newever version of the plan - you have to stick with the plan you started with. The Studienplan technically is part of your examination regulations.

You can try one option: You can write to the examination board (Prüfungsausschuss) and ask for your seminar to be counted towards your degree as a replacement for the seminar you should have taken. Please note that this is a quite serious board - to approve they will have to have a good reason that is profoundly argued on the grounds of the examinations regulations. A "I didn't know" or "I didn't read it" or "You will have to let me finish" won't help here. Hence, I'd suggest to go by your Fachschaftsrat (ET/IT: https://fsr-etit.de/doku.php?id=kontakt) and ask them to help you.
