Hi everyone!

I have currently been doing research and would actually be needing a bit of help.
The areas of my study would be voice-to-skull, Frey-effect, microwave heating, electromagnetic and direct energy devices for the most part. I’m not a natural technologist. For this reason I have the following questions.

- Do you happen to know a source concerning the latest developments regarding electromagnetic and direct energy devices these days?
- If such a device is being aimed at me without me knowing its origin, which methods do I have to track its origin?
